Everest Base Camp (EBC) Trek:

• $4,200 per person USD, double occupancy
• $4,450 per person USD, single occupancy*

Optional Island Peak Climb

• $5,200 per person USD, double occupancy
• $5,450 per person USD, single occupancy*

*All participants may have to share rooms/tents during the trek. Single occupancy cannot be guaranteed on the trail.

 

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
If you cancel 60 days or more prior to the event, you will receive a full refund minus a $250 administrative fee.  No refunds will be provided for cancellations after this date.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

After you've registered, we'll need to get several things from you:

• Adventure medical review form
• A copy of your passport
• Travel itinerary
• Emergency contact information
• Evidence of evacuation insurance (we suggest Global Rescue) and evidence of medical insurance coverage
• Evidence of trip interruption/cancellation insurance (we suggest IMG through Global Rescue)

• Signed WMS Release of Liability
