We have added a few exciting topics on dive medicine, decompression injury and will explore the 2015 Nepal earthquake and the response to that disaster by members of the WMS that helped with the medical management and evacuation of critically ill patients. Also, we are offering the popular Wilderness EMS pre-conference again.

DiMM Certification Maintenance Ski Expedition

The DiMM Maintenance of Certification 2016 Backcountry Ski Yurt Expedition provides a unique learning opportunity to focus on the medical issues and science of managing patients in the mountain environment. Spend five nights at backcountry huts and yurts and six day travelling and backcountry skiing in the beautiful Smokey Mountains of central Idaho, just outside Sun Valley.
